Terms and Conditions

Payments and cancellations: Payments are due PRIOR to drop off. New clients require a $20 deposit to hold a booking. Cancellations must be approved 7 days in advanced or will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Boarding is up to 24-hour periods, any request that has an early pickup and late drop off will be charged a daycare fee  

Service details: You acknowledge that Holly's Dog Sitting reserves the right to use crates as they see fit for safety of other animals in the home. Additionally, Holly's Dog Sitting boards multiple dogs at a time. If you'd like your dog to be the only client, we suggest looking for another sitter to accommodate your request. Your dog MUST be up to date on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella AND on flea, tick and heartworm preventative. If you bring keas into our home, you WILL be charged a $300 infestation fee and revoked from using Holly's Dog Sitting Services in the future. ​

Aggression: Should your dog bite or attempt to bite another dog or human, we reserve the right to remove your dog from the premises immediately. Please search for another sitter if you suspect your dog is not friendly with other dogs or may show aggression. Additionally, you assume all liability and responsibility for any and all expenses as a result of aggression shown from your dog.

Abandonment: Any dog that is not picked up by the assigned time and not discussed with us prior to extend the booking will be considered abandoned by owner and we will need to contact animal control.
